Main Module

The Main Module of the LISPAT system is the command center of the entire platform – a complete, stable Windows application that integrates all processes within a pathology lab. It enables users to perform both key diagnostic tasks and administrative operations that support the facility’s work. Its architecture ensures security, robustness, and intuitive access to all tools.

Core Processes

The main module handles the full diagnostic workflow:

Referral registration – quick entry of test orders with full patient and specimen data.
Pathology workflow management – from material intake through processing to result preparation.
Diagnostic assessment – entering macro and microscopic descriptions, and diagnostic conclusions.
Result signing – approval by the pathologist using a digital signature.
Result publishing – making results available in the WEB module for clients or sending them to P1/IKP for patient access.
Quality control – verifying selected cases according to internal quality procedures.
Document scanning and attachment – archiving additional materials (e.g., documents sent by clients).

Support Processes

Beyond diagnostics, the main module supports many processes that facilitate daily work:

Internal communication – information exchange between lab personnel.
Client and patient communication – secure messaging and coordination.
Reporting – generation of statistical, quality, and financial reports.
Billing and invoicing – issuing invoices and financial documents for clients.
Payment monitoring – tracking incoming payments and balances.
