WEB Module

The LISPAT WEB module is a modern tool that improves communication and data exchange between the pathology lab, referring physicians, and patients. It offers intuitive access to key features, reducing the risk of errors and accelerating service delivery.

Accessing Test Results

The primary function of the WEB module is providing access to test results:

• Referring physicians log in using credentials provided by the pathology lab. Access levels may vary – from only the doctor’s own patients, to entire hospital wards, or all results within a referring institution.
• Patients access results using their national ID number (PESEL) and a unique access code generated for their specific case.

Search & Result Tags

The module offers an advanced search function for physicians with broad access. It supports marking results as read/unread and highlights critical findings for prioritized visibility.

Electronic Documents

Each test result includes downloadable signed documents – PDF reports, XML (HL7-CDA) files, and attachments if available.

Referral Submission

The WEB module allows physicians to submit referrals using validated forms. This ensures data completeness and accuracy, eliminating manual entry errors.

Online Ordering

The built-in ordering system lets clients request materials such as referral blocks or CytoFix slides. Users can track the order status in real time.

Invoice and Report List

The module enables publication of invoices and financial reports in electronic form. Authorized users can download them without printing or using traditional mail.

Communication with the Lab

Users can send messages directly to the pathology lab – for example, to request an intraoperative consultation. Messages are routed to authorized staff and can be processed immediately.

Security Features

The WEB module includes a range of security measures, such as:

• Geoblocking
• Brute-force attack protection
• IP allow/deny lists
• Two-factor authentication (2FA)
